Councillor and Clerk’s Report Cllr Brockway West Lindsey District Council largest party is Liberal Democrats so committee membership and chairmanship will change. Financial position at handover is good A good training programme is to be put in for Chairs. Scampton site remains on the agenda with more action to follow. Lincolnshire County Council support West Lindsey District Council. Estoppel might be a legal option. Maintenance of the runway is key to the investment proposal. Reporting of potholes is important to do now.

Finance To Accept Final Accounts for 2022/2023 Cllr Foster presented the accounts. He proposed acceptance of the accounts . Seconded by Cllr Scarborough. Resolved All in Favour To Accept Annual Audit and Accountability Statement 2022-2023 Cllr Foster presented the Annual Audit and Accountability Statement . He proposed acceptance of Annual Audit and Accountability Statement 2022-2023, seconded by Cllr Smith. Resolved All in favour Payments since last Meeting It was proposed to accept the payments and balance as prepared by S.Diver by Cllr Scarborough and seconded by Cllr Foster Resolved All in favour.

Governance Cllr Foster presented the Council’s Financial Regulations, Standing Orders and Code of Conduct. He proposed acceptance. Seconded by Cllr Diver. Resolved All in Favour |

Planning Application 144036 Lorry Site Cllr Foster informed everyone that there had been an extension to the end of April for the filing of further information. However, despite one quarrying report nothing else had appeared on the website.Cllr Brockway agreed to follow up with West Lindsey Planning Department Planning Application 146711 The application to move the grave of Guy Gibson’s dog was understandable but should be resisted as ir was part of Scampton’s heritage. |

LALC and CPRE The clerk reported that LALC and CPRE would require membership renewal. It was proposed by Cllr Diver and seconded by Cllr Scarborough to renew. Resolved All in Favour |

Broadband Connection Cllr Smith provided the up date that the Broad band rollout was still on track for 3rd quarter of this year. |
